General Strip Club Prices
So there have been lots of Questions Regarding pricing and tipping at clubs in MD and the differences. now some of this is YMMV, but in general you can expect this. Again this is MD clubs in the DC area. I am not including the Baltimore Block.
Entrance = $20 (It's normally $10 or cheaper if you are before 11pm) Bazz and Crue (if still open) has some sort of membership and different prices.
Liquor = This is BYOB except it cant be in the actual bottle or with a label. Basically pour your liquor into a cup or water bottle and you'll be fine. The clubs generally sell juice, soda, water, and red bull inside for about 3 bucks.
Stage = Outside of Fuego's most of the clubs don't have a big main stage scene and are more Lap Dance oriented, but for those interested in a particular girl, giving her a few dollars and telling her to come see you when she gets off stage is a good way to get her attention. (At least in my experience)
Lap Dances = range from 5-10 dollars out on the main floor. The girls dance fully clothed and have more rules about touching. With many of the clubs if you find a good corner or hidden spot though you can have more freedom.
Vip = Generally has a cover charge for the entrance fee of about 20-30 and you can expect for the each dance to at least be double the regular dance (typically 20-30). Some clubs charge you for entrance each time you go to VIP others charge you one time no matter how many uses. The girls dance fully nude and you can touch more plus whatever else you negotiate.
Extras = This requires your own negotiation. As many people will tell you lots of the women do extra, but it depends on you, how well you negotiate, and how much money your have. You can sometimes get extra in the VIP other times it's take home (this is better on slow nights), but again YMMV. I have done both.

Camelot Club and Archibald's

As always, YMMV, but here's my two cents about a couple of places in DC.
I picked two clubs to check out; Camelot Club and Archibald's.
CC first. The girls seemed all the same. Blond hair and man-made boobs. But the worst thing was that the girls were not friendly. From the door man to the servers to the dancers they were all the same way. Almost like they're doing you a favor to let you in. And you'd better meet their dress code too. I was there about an hour and they had the attitude the whole time. The only reason I stayed really was because it was blazing hot outside and I wanted a beer bad.
But, while I was there something that happened there really floored me.
This guy comes in, sits down not too far from where I am, and orders some kind of soda. He's sitting there for only like two minutes, drinking his soda and watching the dancers when this gal comes up to him. I thought she was a second server person, but I wasn't paying too much attention at the time. I just remember wondering why another server was there when she clearly saw the other one. Anyways, I can hear almost everything that was said because they're right there close to where I'm sitting. He tells the girl that he just wants to watch. She gets nasty and made some rude comment like "Are you saying you're leaving? " In a big loud voice. He's calm and says no, he just wants to watch. Then she says, "I'll get you thrown out of here quicker than you came in. " He kind of shrugs and goes back to watching and sipping his soda. Three or four minutes later, some guy comes over. The guy is obviously some kind of security or maybe an owner. He says, "you got a problem with one of my dancers? " The customer says no, I don't think so, I just got here. The guy,, says "you have to leave". The customer says, how come? The guy says, you just have to leave. Customer says OK, gets up, and leaves with the security guy following him out. I've never seen anything like that. The guy was obviously, I mean obviously, not drunk. He didn't touch the gal, stayed seated and didn't move and he didn't use any foul language.
I left right after that little event and I'd never go back. Oh yeah, I forgot. The drinks were horribly expensive. The guy paid $12 for a small glass of club soda or whatever it was. My beer was $15.
I liked Archibald's though. And the two clubs are not that far apart, distance-wise. The girls were great looking and friendly with good variety. Big boobs, small boobs, black, white, hispanic, etc. I had a nice conversation with one of the dancers. And, the drinks were cheaper too.
Strip Club Overview for N00bz (but not up-t0-date)
Thanks for the review. Made me want to put in my. 02 on 3 strip clubs in DC through the years. Disclaimer: this will be old news for anyone who lives here for a long time and will mostly benefit those new to the area or traveling.
One thing to know about DC clubs, they're like the Smithsonian Museums: there's almost never a cover charge which differentiates them from pretty much everyone. So, yea, the booze is a little higher priced. I've also never seen anyone turned away at the door.
CAMELOT'S - M Street near 19th
Overview: I used to work near this joint. It's been there forever. Bouncers have been the same for years. Most of them are silent types; certainly not friendly. I don't doubt that what was reported actually occurred. If you've seen Dave Chapelle's routine on the "weird morality" in strip clubs, you'll know what I mean.
Quality: Good to amazing, in terms of looks
Caveats: if you don't like obviously surgically-enhanced tits or plain white American, stay away. Near Dupont Circle Metro; parking almost non-existent for paeons.
Value for Money: Good
Pussy Paraded: No; They are all-nude (no pasties in DC, yet); but if you want to see the actual pssy, you'll only get glimpses.
Ethnicity: mostly white, not from DC
Other: If you stay long enough, a girl may come over to talk and if you buy her a drink, she might stay; no touching allowed of any kind; if you're a regular, they might put their arm on your shoulder! There is/was another club 2 doors down; I only went there once; it wasn't half as good but a better variety of girls.
Good Guys (Wisc Ave., near Calvert, NW):
Overview: I think this place is/was owned by the same guy who owned the old club near the White House with the numbered name (e.g., "1629 Club" or some such); it's much less trafficked than Camelot esp during the day though maybe more now since the other club across the street burned down; also has been around forever
Quality: Fair to Very Good
Ethnicity: rainbow
Caveats: Still no touching; no Metro access; parking tough but it's around if you look.
Value for Money: Very Good
Pussy Paraded: Yes; almost all the girls (as if instructed, which they probably are) will bend over and give you a nice long look.
Other: none
Archibald's - K Street nr McPherson Square
Overview: Old place in downtown
Quality: it's been a while so I can't say
Caveats: n/a
Value for Money: (Was) Good
Pussy Paraded: it's been a while so I can't say; they used to.
Ethnicity: (was) rainbow
Other: Last time I was there, I saw a Sri Lankan dancer, now that's nice!
Royal Palace - Conn Ave @ Florida
Overview: This is the K-Mart of the clubs; cheap but it'll do in a pinch; there is/was a AA DJ/bouncer who would introduce the dancers and urge peps to go up; at first, I thought it was lame, but I grew to like it in an old-school kind of way
Quality: Poor to Fair at best
Caveats: n/a
Value for Money: Good
Pussy Paraded: oh yea; maybe too much (?)
Ethnicity: mostly girls of color
Other: this is the one place where I could see extras being offered; I once got a over the pants hand job for a beer.

Stadium Strip Club (new in NE DC)
New strip club called Stadium right off of Bladensburg Road in NE DC. 2127 Queens Chapel Road NE Washington, D. C. 20018 Very High end club and the most elegant in all of DC area, definitely off the chain it presentation. Has 5 star restaurant inside of it very nice. (Chef use to be head chef at Ruth Chris Steak House.
But you talk about expensive Dayum. Here we Go: guys $20.00 to get in $40. 00 for women. And thats if they are not having a special event like snoop dogg or uncle Luke then you know its even more. Parking $10.00
Table seating- you must buy a table beginning at $300 if not you can only sit or stand at the bar. Table dances ar $20. 00/ VIP Private room dances are $100 for 10 minutes $300 for 30 minutes $600 for an hour No door on the room so everyone sees you wen walking by, Trust me No sex in the Champagne room. Drinks are priced like they are downtown DC expensive.
