Wouldn't have done any better, I say lily the other day and she was late and when she did get back to her hotel she had food with her, I also meet Natalie she was wearing a towel and seem like it was no big deal. They want you in and out, no pun intended, as quickly as possible so they can move on to the next appointment. Those in the mid 20's to early 30's know the value of repeat business and do their best to keep you coming back for more. Not to say there aren't exceptions, some younger ones do give great service, same with those in their 40's+ but they're rare finds.
