I believe that "Substation" refers to the police -- the point being that you are a brand new poster asking questions on where to conduct potentially illegal activities.

No matter what one calls the spa, MiMi is whats on the menu. She loves dining at the "Y" from both sides. "DATY" is best done early in the shift unless you don't mind someone else already being there before you. I do.
I walked inSaturday morning just after I watched the van drop MiMi off at the front door. Following her in, I noticed a pickup turn in the parking lot. The driver walked in just as Mimi took my bills for the one hour encounter. He must have been a regular because ther was more than just plesantries exchanged such as hushed talking with Mimi visably enticing him with her extended tongue.
If you have not yet experienced MiMi, run don't walk. She is amazing. She has to be one of the busiest working girls in massage. Specially considering I've no idea if her massage techinique even exists.

It has been all over the Wichita news today that LE has busted all of the massage parlors in town. It sounded like a couple of dozen girls and 8 clients got caught. Don't know for sure on the numbers. KNSS has been reporting that all the parlors were run by 2 0r 3 companies and the girls were all Chinese refugees in the country legally. In wonder what they were refugees from, the small dicks in China.
Oh well for us mongers the parlors were a good fall back position. If you couldn't find it on the streets you could go the the parlors.
I for one am going to miss cece and MiMi. No kidding that is what two of them went by.
I hope none of you posting here were among those poor souls that got busted.

WICHITA — Ten people have been arrested and charged with participating in a prostitution ring operating out of numerous massage parlors around Wichita.
Two men and one woman have been charged with promoting prostitution, and seven women — all of them Chinese nationals legally in the United States — have been charged with prostitution, Wichita police said.
Eight different parlors have been tied to the prostitution, Deputy Chief Tom Stolz said today. The arrests were made on Wednesday, capping an investigation that began in June.
Police were tipped off to the illegal activity by someone who worked at the shopping center at 21st and Ridge Road, Stolz said. The caller reported several fights in the parking lot near AG Spa, 2260 N. Ridge Road, along with women coming and going at the spa early in the morning and late at night, as well as men coming and going throughout the day.
The investigation that followed involved a variety of tactics, Stolz said, including surveillance and undercover work.
The businesses linked to the ring are: AG Spa,2260 N. Ridge Road, #150; Sun Chi Spa, 1030 E. First; Dragon Spa, 125 S. West, #121; Eastern Massage, 2121 N. Tyler, #211; Oriental Massage, 2312 W. Pawnee, #102; Phoenix Spa, 6249 E. 21st, #122; Sunflower Massage, 120 N. West, #8; Massage Spa, 2552 N. Maize, #600.

The numbers I had were from an early radio report and were obviously overstated. The numbers you gave is bad enough. I don't believe the part about fights breaking out in front of one of the locations, have you ever fought with someone to get laid? I think LE just put that up as an excuse to get into the locations. I remember when the shut down one of the old houses on south BW that was the excuse to shut them down. I think there was a church right next door. It would seem more reasonable that a couple of church members would be fighting over religion.
I pity the poor guys who were at the MP's to have some fun, talk about a quick "cum down" I bet LE didn't even let any of them finish.
In all the years I have been mongering this is about the third go around on shutting down "houses of prostitution", it's too bad LE doesn't spend and equal amount of time and resources on fighting real crime.
If fact if they would make it so gals would be available in a clean no hassle situation, like the MP's it would go a long way on cleaning up the crack situation in Wichita, which is as bad as anywhere I have been.
Oh well enough of my high horse, I just remember that old saying that the second oldest profession is prostitution, I don't think I have ever heard what the first is but I would bet on politics. I might hazard a guess that the politicians don't want the competition when it comes to screwing someone.

They know how to read and believe me they check this sight out on a regular basis.
In later reports they said that police were not interested in prosecuting customers. The investigators requested that anyone who frequented the massage parlors and who knows about illegal sexual activity to come in and give a statement.
I won't be driving down.

Anyone who goes in to give a statement is probably a liar. Does anyone really believe they were fighting in the parking lot of the AMP? If there was a fight, (Which I doubt!) it was probably in the Old Chicago parking lot.
I have a friend who was in one of the establishments when the raids went down. He remembered the rules and had the heart (and balls) to withstand 3 separate interviews who were told what they didn't want to hear and were determined to get a confession instead. They didn't get one and he went home a free man but others didn't.
You confess to anyone but your priest and you are going to jail. Period.
