But as of right now insurance policies might cover it.

As it relates to our hobby I threw it out there. Not a Colorado case. But gaining attention countrywide.

Funny how Insurance companies absolutely love arbitration. Especially since about 75% of the time it goes their way all the way. They come back with, " Oh well, the arbitration is legal and binding, sucks to suck loser! The ONE time, arbitration doesn't go their way and they are throwing the most epic of tantrums that even a 4 year old hopped up on sugar would envy. I hope she wins. Fuck the big companies; they love fucking over the average person as part of "the game", but hate it when we fight back.

But a serious side note.
So real question is if I caught it from a lady in my car.
Would I be able to file a claim and become rich?
Or is it just if she becomes Ill she can file but not myself?
