[blue]Reason: I did a review of his posting history that was initiated after a incidential review of his most recent reports. This guy has 96 posts going back to 2003. However, at least 80% of them were just asking questions like "Has anybody seen..." or "Does anybody know...", many questions apparently reflecting an obsession with some club named "Carls".

Nevertheless, asking questions is okay, but the remaining 20% of his posts were carefully disguised attempts at race baiting and other forms of taunting, plus a nice assortment of personal attacks against other Forum Members.

We don't need any of this, so he's history!
