I stopped in at Kim's on Thursday night, not wanting just anything, but if an exceptional one was there, maybe I would.
Have not been there in almost a year, I just couldn't believe the great looking girls there. I immediatly was pleased, but needed to go get some coupons to provide a proper compensation for the looks of the girl (s) that I was interested in working with. For the amount of time I had in mind, the amount on hand just was not going to do it.
On the way to the atm, for whatever reason the urge left me. Possibly it was the Leo in the parking lot at Omni Source, and then another at the corner of Laskey and Bennett. So I did not go back and sample.
I was there about 1230pm; there were 5 great looking ladies in bikinii's and teddy's. Since I did not have a proper tip on me, I did not get the names, but it really didn't matter as they were all at least a 7-8 on the normal scale.
Next time, I'm going fullly stocked.

She was there two weeks ago when I was there last. No telling if she's still there today, these women move around from place to place frequently. You might try calling and asking if she is there.

Thanks for the info. on Magic. Tried to visit about 1am last night and it was closed. I didn't know about the bust. Hope this isn't an omen of things to come.

i noticed that the columbus board has a posting about an mp there that was busted for the same thing, at the same time as magic was. all the operators that got nailed are also in their 50's in cols, too. i wonder if there is some sort of coordinated effort among the le to hit the mp's statewide.

some weeks ago the story about all the **** trade was hitting the news, and maybe it took leo a while to do some 'research' and start making busts.

i think it's just coincidence. i think if the fbi were involved
they would try to hit all the places in town. right now it seems the fbi is concentrating it's efforts on busting those trafficing in minors.
about 5 years ago, maybe longer, a joint effort by the irs and ins shut down all the amp's in ann arbor.
i still miss that new tokyo mp in ann arbor.

Funny thing about that article in the "Blade" is that the women charged with prostitution were in their 50's, older than the one "promoting" it who was younger in her 40's. Goes to show you that Asian women age well like a fine wine, while caucasions just age and wine!

We are so lucky that we have a city administration and police force that are so conscientious about protecting us from, from what? Magic Spa's presence in that strip mall is (or was) lowkey, and no one was forced to enter the spa. As far as I can tell, they did not rip anyone off.

I hope my posts about Jackie were not a factor in drawing LE's attention to Magic. If so, so much for freedom of speech. (If the Bush administration had its way, I suppose they might try to track me down for posting reports on this site.)

I wonder how the busts occurred. The masseuses I have had always seemed to be very careful about offering any extras. They always let me do the talking, and I assume they checked my wallet for ID (and to see how much money I had) while I was in the sauna.

usually these raids are not for services offered. many of these places are into other illegal things. if i recall the rainbow spa was involved in a raid a few years back as a result of money laundering (spelling probably wrong).

i never blame any le for doing their job. yes other things need attention as well, but.... there has been a crack down ever since carty was mayor elect, not saying that has anything to do with it. also the other issue with ****d girls being made to turn tricks stepped up enforcement. toledo made national news for that incident. i do not blame them for responding as it was bad publicity for toledo.

just remeber, everything comes in cycles and you should put off things when the weather is bad as the skys will clear.

FYI: Drove by Magic yesterday and they appeared open again.

The ages of the ladies busted is the primary reason I've avoided AMPs the last few years.

A friend of mine is working this week in Monclava, and I figure that means the Airport Spa. Is it a nice place, as AMPs go? Are there any others there?

I would have thought these would really be considered Swanton township but I see Google reports them to be Monclova which seems strange to me.

They are both on Airport Hwy near the Airport on the Airport side of the street. Both are ok – clean and friendly - and provide a relaxing time. I haven't been to either in a long time but know one of the livelier AMPs in the area has been Magic Spa formally Sun Spa.

I really hate to see these AMPs shaken down because they are harmless, seem to treat the employees ok and provide a clean and seemingly safe environment. They have been in business for years and keep a low profile in the community for the most part.

Seems like LE likes to pick on the low hanging fruit though especially in the winter so they don’t have to work hard or be out in the cold much.
