Sorry I stepped on your feelings. You're in charge.
You do NOT get to do this. You do not get to try and deflect this off the Republicans. I am politically apathetic, I think both parties suck. Trump is an embarrassment and will go down in history as one of the worst 5 presidents the US has ever had and Obama signed the fucking NDAA 2012 they both fucking suck. But what you cannot say is that the Republicans are not responsible for Fosta / Sesta. When you control both houses, the Executive, and the Judicial then what the fuck ever happens is yours and ALL yours.
So if you're a monger and a Republican then the only thing you get to say is this. I hate the Democrats so much that I still support the assholes that are passing laws that force chicks back on the streets and will probably result in some of them dying even though they have access to all the research that shows this is a bad law.
You do not get to say it's not your teams responsibility.
So this is entirely Trumps fault? ... Despite not sponsoring the bill, despite not voting on the bill, despite the fact that ALL BUT ONE Democrat voted for it also (did they voice their opposition, were they forced to vote for it)? I'm politically apathetic as well, but I'm also honest enough to blame all but the 2 guys (1 from each party) who supported this. I am not letting the repubs off the hook, NOR am I letting the dems off the hook. They are BOTH responsible.
But, you're the admin, so you get to be right, I suppose.
For all the Anti-Trumpers
My thing is although you may not like him why carry around all the hate and venom with you for four, and possibly eight, years? What good is that doing? Nothing he, or anyone for that matter, does is infuriating you as much as you think it is. Instead, you're LETTING it infuriate you. It's likely that your day to day life is not affected in the least yet you choose to be angry, bitter and waste energy on hatred. I didn't like Obama or his wife, but I'll be damned if I let his eight years ruin my mood, productivity or outlook. Ya dig?
So then, another question
If this law was passed while the house, senate, executive, and judicial was (actually to be honest, just the congress and executive) I would absolutely 100% lay it at the feet if the democrats. I absolutely hold the Democrats responsible for the NDAA of 2012 which is an even more shameful bit of legislation. I hold them accountable for building the huge data center in Utah which the NSA is using to record ever phone call and email sent in the US.
What I loath is the dishonesty so closely associated with the Us v Them mentality in politics it's not a ball game.
It amazes me that people haven't figured out that none of those fucks represent you, they represent the money that gets them reelected.
So then, just for clarity's sake, what if JUST ENOUGH Replicans had voted NO, so that the actual tally left the Dems with the most Yes votes, even though the Repubs physically outnumber them? Who would you blame then? The Dems for the most Yes votes, or the Repubs for being smart enough to get the most people elected in the first place? It could have turned out that way. So who would you blame then? The party with the majority of members in Congress, or the party that actually cast the most Yes votes, despite being in the minority?
And you still haven't explained how you ever figured I was "deflecting" anything on anyone.
