I think we need to add an amendment to the commerce clause of the constitution that does not allow illlegalizing many commodities including pussy. That will save us from Stormy type sagas. What he said, entirely accurately, is that this bill was passed with overwhelming, veto-proof bi-partisan support in both houses of Congress. It passed 388-25 in the House of Representatives and 97-2 in the Senate (and 1 of those two Senators was a Republican).

Maybe you're not aware of this, but there are 44 Democrats in the Senate and 193 in the House.

So, no, it is not "ALL" on the Republicans. It is quite clearly ON both parties. And it would be the law today regardless of who was in the Oval Office.

What you were doing, what most of you one trick ponies do with Fosta / Sesta is find some way to deflect responsibility by pointing to the vote. Who would you blame then? The Dems for the most Yes votes, or the Repubs for being smart enough to get the most people elected in the first place? It could have turned out that way. So who would you blame then? The party with the majority of members in Congress, or the party that actually cast the most Yes votes, despite being in the minority?
