Long time monger here and in the mainland. Lived on this island for 25 years now and am in my fifties. She doesn't do BBFS and no one would (or wanted to) confirm. What pissed her off even more was the guy kept waving a hundo in front of her thinking it would entice her. Sad!

Everything is verbal, no binding contract. She could say one fifity and the guy agree and then the guy says he heard her say hundred and that's all he brought.

But once you have visited and paid the agreed upon amount I figure there is no reason why the provider should expect the tip upfront when everything went smoothly last time. I always think that's a part of asking if you have been to that place or other places before, asking if you know how it is all going down.

In many circles money isn't even talked about. The act is purely consensual in nature like a craigslist hook up and the guy just happens to leave money on the table or dresser that the provider never asks for or verbalizes. It's not as if suddenly everything is legal, but the culture is to have no discussion of money at all.

Got there for my 9 am appopintment with Vivian, and the boys were deconstructing the place fast this early in the morning. Vivian hot as ever, and lucky for me to, we contact each other direct.
