You just need a physical address. Mayflower already has a physical address; and a few other documents like your federal tax I'd no. And Hawaii GE tax license; and hire someone like Yoyo to manage the day to day operations. CSC or corporation companys' will literally run the administrative, legal, and financial aspects of your company. I believe CSC SERVICE OF Hawaii is doing more behind the scene than just being an agent of record. Any problem that Mayflower may experience with the CC AOAO is likely handled by CSC SERVICES OF Hawaii so that hopefully all us mongers can enjoy our hobby. I love this country. Big corporation supporting our local sex industry.

What you explained with the search is how I came up with the ad. I had read about the LE check awhile ago but forgot, now it makes sense. It still kinda throws off the session tho. I was confused & about to be mad as hell.

So if I refused to pay when she asked, couldn't she have refused service? IDK. Like I said I'm new, didn't want to be an asshole or aggressive but also I was unsure of what was going on, so I cooperated.

For whatever reasons MF may close for, it's just the nature of these establishments. I think the fallacy of AMP owners is to assume that they'll have a lucrative business for a long time rather than looking at it as a business that may only be lucrative for maybe 2 or 3 years. Makes for a different business plan. The K-Bars are another example of short lived establishments with revolving owners.

Yoyo's mistake was putting all of her eggs into one basket at CC and thinking should would be immune from the AOAO (which functions to protect the property value of the owners). Was kind of idiotic and blatant for her to buy the unit next door (through a proxy) and use it as an AMP. She should have rented so her assets would be liquid. I guess that's why she's opened a new place near Chinatown to generate revenue to pay the bills if she has to shut down MF.
