Look for MoonNite to have to move soon and it's likely that other board favorites will like be next and rumors also indicate that Mayflower is being targeted. This explains why some places, like Blue Angel, have established themselves on Vineyard and CC203 girls have moved to Rejuve or taken over Jina's. I wouldn't be surprised if Hello Kitty might also be under threat.
Some years ago, CC did the same thing after the Hula Hands bust. An AMP was hard to find in Century Center for a long time. Eventually, the mamasans moved back in, though were much more low-key. Still, the building curfew was established and the 24/7 AMP was a thing of the past anywhere above the 2nd floor. I wouldn't be surprised if security was keeping a record of people who come in after the curfew time who leave their IDs at the front desk. I won't be doing any more late visits there.
There's no telling to what lengths CC AOAO and LE will go to, but look for new cameras to be installed on floors where AMPs are located and some already have been.
From what I've seen over the years at CC, there's plenty of blame to go around.
Century Center went for the quick buck by renting to the mamas in the first place. The mamas were willing to pay whatever rent CC asked for and were also happy to rent several places at once. Unless they were deaf and blind, there's no way they couldn't have known what was happening. For a long time, money talked and CC listened intently. Their tenants also knew, but had to ignore it because building management didn't seem to care. It seems that enough was enough for some of them and they've apparently decided to push the building owners to kick them all out. All of them.
The mamas also violated terms of their leases by having the girls live in their places. The leases were either for residential or business. If your lease is for a residence, you're not supposed to run a business there. If your lease is for a business, you're not supposed to be living there. It doesn't get simpler than that. Still, CC must have known about it, but let it go anyway.
But, the biggest culprits are the clients themselves. Guys were coming in drunk or high, knocking on the wrong doors and making nuisances of themselves. Harassing any woman they saw that the even thought was an AMP girl and scaring the crap out of innocent people who occupy a location formerly held by an AMP or just located on the same floor. I've heard of loud arguments breaking out inside the AMPs with dissatisfied customers arguing with the mamas or the girls, which only served to draw unwanted attention to the fact that an AMP was there. Sure, most of the guys on this board would know better, but not every AMP client comes to this board and some that do aren't astute enough to keep things on the down low.
So, for the second time in recent memory, Century Center is out to evict the AMPs and it's likely that escorts operating there may be getting the boot as well.
Ok I am going to attach a little 'hint hint' to the beginning of this comment. So hint hint.
Nobody needs to worry about LE getting involved at your favorite AMP. Nobody would be wrong actually, unless there is a report of a theft / robbery, assault, drug issue, exploitation / slavery or similar vociferous crime you are not going to get PD showing up to a spa. PD showing up outside or in the vicinity is 9 times out of 10 a coincidence. The other 1 time out of 10 is because of one of those other problems going on. This is why smart Mama's stick to Korean and Chinese girls. Establishments that bring in the shadier type chicks, would be the ones I would worry about if any of you are worried about PD showing up. Even if they do show up for a particular lady that is linked to something shadier than selling her snatch PD will not be looking for the customers. Funny thing is, not one time did I see the Landlord. Plus I know the landlords and the LE aren't working together at all.
