Massage Parlor Reports

Just wanted to say your friends hard work really makes everyone safer out here. I don't post a lot but glad to have this level of community in Anchorage. AVID Reader and monger.

So, after reading the good reports on River Spa I felt motivated to take a trip over there. All I can say is: to each his own. I found the experience to be very disappointing. Right off the bat, I was turned off by an Asian girl with blondish orange hair. It just doesn't fit. Part of the allure to me about Asian girls is the long jet black hair. But, that is just my opinion. Far more important was the fact that when the gal opened the door she stood there with a stone cold look, not even coming close to a smile. Again, it's just my opinion, but I don't care what line of work you're in, you need to smile and be friendly when meeting a new customer. That is how you make a customer feel wanted and appreciated from the start. I should have walked right then but I decided to try her out. The massage was at best mediocre, no feeling at all to it. After the flip, it was dreadful. She wants a lot for nothing and a whole lot for anything more. But by far, the worst parts of the experience were her attitude and personality. This is one very cold fish. There is not the most microscopic shred of warmth in her service. And her personality is a flat zero. She treats the customer like an object with a wallet attached. Within a few seconds of the finish, she says "Ok" and walks out. I cannot recommend this gal at all. I didn't find her all that attractive. If you like a cold mechanical experience, you might like her but that is not my desire when I visit a parlor.

I know where you are coming from CB. Not much warmth coming out of this girl. (That body though.) And with the stunt she pulled that I described below, I'm not sure I'll repeat.

After many years and hundreds of AMP visits, I will still contend that the "courteous" time to walk-in is on the hour, Second best is on the half hour. It's really not different than most any business. That's how we structure things. When is the last time you've been schedule for a tire change at 2:19 pm? It's either 2 or 2:30. But best is to call. Yes it's still an interruption but the girl doesn't have to put her clothes back on to answer the phone. And many are, in fact, quite good at multi-tasking.

Spunk907 and CB. Guys are we going to the same place and seeing the same provider? I know that YMMV but my fun / satisfaction factor is 9.5. Never encountered these situations.

Never encountered these situations.[/QUOTE]Although not above a factor of 7.5 due to the chip on her shoulder and cold business sense, I found Taylor's laugh and giggles entertaining. Her long hair brushing against my back and lower legs was actually soothing at the time. Girl likes to hold a grudge tho, whatever it was must have been a doozy.

Keep in mind boys that these are working gals and they see a huge mix of people. If I was one of these gals I would upcharge men that weren't attractive or have poor hygiene. To expect them to get excited about a filthy old monger vs a mid 30's monger that takes care of himself is kinda silly.

Stopped in at Junes just because I was in the neighborhood. I knew Michelle is on vacation so I thought maybe there would be a new girl. There was. Her name is either ChiChi or Gigi, hard to discern the pronunciation. I signed up for a half hour. I have always found the service at Junes to be the best in town, but this girl was way below average. Dreadful is the best I can say. After the flip I got up and got dressed as I was completely turned off by her negative attitude. Fortunately, on the way out, Nicole stopped me and agreed to make things right. She did. But during the session there was another customer who drew ChiChi and clearly he was not happy as things got a little loud in there with an argument going on. Apparently, he too walked out very unhappy. I would say that it is probably best to avoid this gal.

However, Junes still shines in my eyes as Nicole made up for the bad service. Nicole is an angel who will do her best to make sure the customer is happy. It was a very pleasant experience except for the ruckus in the other room at the time which was a little distracting. I highly recommend Nicole and I am sure I will be seeing her again several times before she leaves.

Claims to be a masseuse that offers nuru and openly states she give extra services.

I drove by and the sign was lit up again! Anyone been in lately? They've been closed for about a year. I'll try to swing by next week and TOFTT LOL.
