Mainly because you are dealing with city/state employees that tend to "work" at their own pace. An inmate can win their case at 10:00 AM and not physically be set loose until midnight. Just to get an idea of how slow the wheels turn there. So we are at the prison employees mercy most of the time because they don't release the inmates at the same times every day. I have found when the later buses are on their final run is usually the best times to find potential subjects. They are always trying to get back to the hood as quickly as possible. You might have good luck three days in a row then bad luck for two weeks. So don't get discouraged there. As for the location, right out front of the facility is the best spot.

Another good spot is Kintock at Whitaker and Erie. You can google Kintock if you aren't familiar with what the facility is. Basically its an inner city minimum security prison for short term inmates reentering the public. Usually, early morning hours, 4-5-6 when the girls are let out for various issues. Some need to get into town to get papers before they can get released etc. Me, I'm just an 'OL gator.

She was in her usual spirits but at the same time not doing too well because of a problem associated with her party use. Last I seen her she was primarily working through her phone and existing contacts of her preferred regulars. She went on to explain that she's tired of being with clients that she's not attracted to and don't treat her well or something along the lines of that. She's also cutting down her party use so she claims.

Jordan situation is definitely very sad. I seen pictures of her before the Kensington life really took its toll and it's just unbelievable how beautiful she was.

Then again today but did not stop to chat. Jordan is dealing with an issue that I just don't want to put out there for various reasons. One very important reason is her safety and well being. I would hate to see someone take advantage of her for something I said. Another reason is I do not have her permission to publicly discuss her private life. So I will not go there. Suffice it to say she is fine and available for those that know where to find her.

There are still some risky opportunities to be found between Westmoreland and Ontario on the strip. Plenty of fun to be had when all reasonable care is used. I was passing through Philly this afternoon on my way north and found Karen. She said she had been out since 6 am but handed gotten picked up until I came along.
