Le on bicycles are getting aggressive making arrests on Wethersfield Ave. Two girls nabbed yesterday afternoon. 1) Cassandra / Elle from Vermont 5'10 130 Long brown hair. Arrested for police interference on Elliot and parole violation. Checking the prison inmates directory, Heather did not show up so assumed she was given 30 day rehab option.

As soon as she was in the car and I realized who it was I knew that things weren't likely to turn out in a way that I wanted. She immediately started nodding off as I was driving less than 30 seconds down the road. I got to a spot that was convenient and hidden and she was completely conked out and incoherent. I spent about 15 or 20 minutes trying to get her to wake up and she just wouldn't. She did respond enough to let me know that she wanted to wait and do something later in the morning because you're going to sleep now. So I told her I was taking her back to where I picked her up. She became coherent enough to want me to drive for a little bit further and drop her off somewhere but she said was more convenient for her and I did so. Then she turned to me one know how much she was getting paid and I told her nothing. She wanted at least five or something since she said she put her mouth on it which she never did. So she starts swearing at me, saying that I'm a typical man and all of the men do this kind of thing to her and I was trying to get something from her for free and I had to yell back at her to get her to understand she didn't do a single damn thing, which she didn't believe me when I told her. She also threatened to stab me and kill me and told me to get ready for the blood. Whacked out *****. I wasn't about to give her any money since I've done that in the past out of the goodness of my heart but I wasn't feeling it tonight but just to get her the hell out of my car I told her she could take the change out of my cup holder. That was probably about five bucks right there then she was swearing at me the whole time before she finally got out and slammed my door and stormed off.

From what I here from girls on the street Heather is either bipolar or schizophrenic-not sure if true but how she acts is based on whether she is taking medication. Of course it could be just the drugs.

I do feel sorry for Heather and guys definitely take advantage of her paying $5-8 or nothing at all. I usually talk to her during the day and most times psychologically she is fine and I might partake or simply drive her to McDonald's to buy her food- she is always appreciative. The few times she is acting weird I simply say catch you later Heather.

When Heather is freshly clean, dressed OK (LOL I have seen some crazy outfits), acting somewhat normal I sometimes have some fun with her and enjoy the encounters. She is better than most and I usually don't have any problems but I always gage her psyche first before letting her in the car. I only see her in afternoon-she must be pretty grungy at 3 am hustling all night.

Like I said there is a good Heather and bad Heather but overall I think she is a good person. Unfortunately, with the aggressive bicycle cops covering Wethersfield Ave she may not be out there much longer before being arrested again. One thing for sure Heather is a hustler and I am willing to bet she sucks more cock in a day than all the SW combined-unbelievable work ethic!
