Can they keep their schedules straight and their shit together? Not always. Do they see the prices their competition is charging and adjust their own? Absolutely.

But that is not price fixing or collusion. Reacting to what your competitors do, reacting to market forces, are all things competitors can and should be doing. But that doesn't mean they're organized colluding with each other.
