"Can be arrested" is not the same as "can be convicted." Two different standards there. Depends on the charge, too, as to what the prosecution's burden of proof is.

Which is why God created outcalls. I can not for the life of me see why any guy would do an incall, especially for a first time visit. It seems way too risky.

As pointed out below, getting arrested and getting convicted are two entirely different things. So yes, you can get arrested for just showing up. You could also get arrested for looking at the officer the wrong way, or for being the wrong ethnic persuasion in the wrong neighborhood. Doesn't make it a "good" arrest.
I must differ with Licker regarding the burden of proof for a conviction; in the criminal arena it is not preponderance of evidence, it is "proof beyond reasonable doubt." Proponderance of evidence applies to civil matters.
If you are ever caught in such a situation, talking can be very dangerous. If you say nothing, they have no statements to use against you.
"Officer, am I free to leave?" If you get any answer other than an unqualified "yes," immediately state "I want my attorney," and say nothing further.
Should you choose to take the risk of talking, Licker accurately points out that LE is "wise to all the lies," but that you might get a break from an officer who appreciates your candor. Still pretty risky . . .
Its getting hard to get outcall from the escorts on BP they are all scared shitless of vice.I tried this past weekend to set up a session with three differant escorts and got shoot down three times .They all wanted to do incalls instead but their ads says outcall is available.The escort were CoaCoa ,chynadoll and Drew.

I can absolutely gaurantee that you can be arrested without ANY evidence other than being in the company of a known provider. It will most likely be thrown out in court unless the provider rolls on you for some reason. But until it is dismissed, you will have spent a lot of time and money to get out of a false arrest. All LEO has to do is lie on the arrest report and he never shows up for court. You do not have that option.

However, you are screwed if it's a sting operation. Remember, you logged on to BP or CL and called the girl to set up an appointment (there goes the entrapment defense). You showed up to the motel, which is probably within a mile of a church or school. That's why I don't understand why you guys still use BP. You know a memphis sting operation is coming, it already happened in Nashville!

I haven't read the TCA yet, but naturally the reason I was asking was that if there is nothing illegal about paying a women to let you take a few beaver shots, then that will be my new way to start any date. I think it's a great ice breaker and if they say no to pics up front, then I usually cancel anyway.

Seriously? You must be looking in all the wrong places as there are ton's of places. I personally have stopped using backpage and craigslist. While there are some good girls that post there, most are scams or SW's providing SW service but trying to get paid like an escort. It's really getting very disappointing almost comical to see the level that are posting there. Those pages almost give a good girl a bad name.
If Jackson will allow me to state these, I schedule all my dates through escort.com, date-check and Eros. You can find a lot more information there. On one site, when you visit, it generally moves you to the top of the list if the viewer has their sort set most recent visit which is the default. I get great clients from those sites, but there are too many great clinets who use BP and CL, for me to quit advertising there. Many men don't know where else to look and I wouldn't want to deprive them of my services.
