However it's a roll of the dice and generally a bad one. There are plenty of truly wonderful high ends that do not require this. Vote with your wallet. I'd still say no. That being said we can't answer it any better without you saying who you are interested in. And beware, research may not matter. Plenty of guys have had the experience of sending money to someone they know is legit because it is a repeat business and being stood up nonetheless.

I've seen 100's of providers from tryst and Eros and I've never paid a deposit. Now some legit ones on those sites do require deposit but I just won't do it.
