It is a bad limitation, but since the payment servers are overseas in 12th world countries, more and more banks and bank cards are not approving over seas transactions that come back to unregulated web hosting severs.

Long gone are the days to buy a 100 Pre-paid visa card at Walgreens for adult related transactions that you don't want to show up on your normal bank / credit account. It's the same for Erotic Monkey and other pay to play type sights with European based companies.

The more you know.
