Specifically, county by county where you would like to play. That being said, in a general sense, LEO can only get a case to stick for full-on Solicitation if they have: 1) a specific sex act mentioned and 2) a specific dollar amount. There exists a tremendous amount of grey area bewtween written law and practicied law, and let us never forget that LEO can scoop you up basically with impunity if they care less about cases sticking.
My advice is, play very carefully when providers start hammering you to tag down to a specific dollar amount for their services. Most of them won't harp this all to hell, m as the same pitfalls exist on their side of the fence.
