Here’s another fake. An ad was listed under “Samantha Stone” and first appeared a few days ago. Here is the reply, apparently from the "real" provider :

I know we have some "Jail House Lawyers" here or at least those that know more about these things than I do, so I have a couple questions I can't find definitive answers to.

Is there anything illegal about paying a women for a rub down, whether she is naked or not?

Is there illegal about paying a women to let you take nude pictures of her if there is no physical contact?

Anyone?

Nothing wrong with paying a woman to let you take nude pictures of her, otherwise the jails would be full. However, the nude rubdown would probably be illegal in Tennessee. TCA 39-17-918 provides:

It is unlawful for a masseur or masseuse to expose the masseur's or masseuse's erogenous area for compensation or to touch with any part of the masseur's or masseuse's body, or fondle in any manner or massage an erogenous area for compensation.

The naked massage would probably violate this statute which was enacted by the Tennessee legislatures in their most infinite wisdom.

I just received some clarity on this issue. If you set up an appointment with an ad on any known escort site/posting/forum and show up, then you can be arrested regardless if no mention of sexual activity.

With my PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE "hint hint" lol YES you can be arrested for just showing up! You could be arrested in the parking lot for even thinking about showing up! You could be arrested for even making a phone call should they wish to track you down!
