Hate the the stings, but as any resident you don't want to see street walkers in your neighborhood. I'd rather the pragmatic approach to license and regulate adult activities to a specific area of the city and bring them indoors.

Practically, if the girl you fancy is picked up before you do, you come to the same place when she's done.

As for stings, just say yes, yes, get in.

LE is all about controlling the environment and they can't do that in multiple locations. Don't incriminate yourself by asking them for anything other than if they want a ride while talking through a window. LE will not get into a car, it's too risky and they'll just wait 5 minutes for an easier target.

I agree when a SW walks around it is a indicator that she is not a decoy. But it is also important to remember that a lot of SW's will stand in the same location. This is observing is a good way to tell if a sting is taking place.

I would like to something like the Ero's centers they have in Germany. I believe this is the ideal solution. They have these buildings called Ero centers in Germany where is a bunch of rooms where the girls work. You simply pay a entrance fee and chose the girl you want. The advantage is that the pimps are not involved & most of girls are not on street. The rooms have panic buttons. So the girls are much safer.

The big problem is that many of the SW's are way to blatant and dress far to scantily in bathing suits or lingerie these days. Many of the girls stand in the middle. Before 2012 the girls were more discreet. But when the girls act like this it riles up the locals & creates unneeded pressure on themselves and us as well.

Germany didn't solve any problems. They went over to their Mexico, Czech, to pick their girls lining the streets. I had a skinny Czech girl charging model price in LA pushed the skinny me with her fingers asking jokingly if I was going to break. She said she hates the German pigs so much told with a passion. I bet she haven't experienced American obesity in TJ.

I saw two there this morning that looked a little to clean and not quite right for the area. My guess was LE.

No chance to get a picture as I was busy but I wouldn't be surprised to read about arrests related to them.

Just a few months ago I visited laufhaus in Munich and Salzburg, FKK too. I love for my semi annual trips to visit FKKs. I haven't been to the type of Eros centers where you pay an entrance fee to get in but I've hady share of laufhaus and FKK.

I like how it and Germany it's regulated, safe, and no street walking (except in certain cities where street walking is allowed in designated zones).

I also like the Hong Kong model of 141 walk-ups and hotel girls. Again very safe.

Competition and cold weather do equal better pricing. Supply and demand and not to comfortable standing in the cold wearing barely anything.
