Hit up red rose yesterday mid day on a whim. Not my first visit. Called ahead and was told to come right over. Greeted at the door by Candy / Candi. Adorable little spinner-type. Have never seen anyone, employee or customer, without a mask.

I go to that market regularly and I've never seen any behaviour like that. In fact, I find the Chinese to be about the rudest people around. Personally, I think your imagination may have (understandably) run away on you.
