About 3 or 4 days ago, in the evening around 8 pm my friend decided to walk on Woodlawn himself to see what he could find.
He walked from Days Inn to Citgo. Then behind Carolina Prime and behind Bojangles. Then along Exmore St to the back of QT.
He lurked in both Citgo and QT but saw nothing. Then he left QT and walked on Nations Crossing beside Capt D's. Nothing.
He said he felt a creepy vibe because he doesn't make it a habit of walking in sketchy places. But he wanted to see if he could encounter anything.
Guess it's just a matter of timing.

Someone I know dreamed that he saw an abnormally well dressed BSW walking on woodlawn just before the shopping center with the CVS. He pulled into the entrance after the CVS entrance and noticed another car doing the same thing. So, he decided to pull back out and hang a right on south blvd to loop back around the shopping center.
As he approached the second entrance (off south blvd) he noticed a police car leaving the shopping center and kept driving down south blvd. Then the lights came on. Out of curiosity the guy I know went back to scout the scene and three police cars had a familiar car pulled over in the gas station parking lot there on the corner of south blvd and woodlawn.
