Open question to the forum. I have been having some luck with TO lately and wondering how you guys handle the hotel room payment. Do you add or deduct it from the donation. I know they have a few guys lined up for the night and I just paid for the room for all of them.

I know there are some cheaper places been it adds at least 50 bucks to the total.

MD[/QUOTE]It's never a good idea to leave a room key with a Provider if it was rented in your name. Makes no difference if she's TO from a club, SW, whatever. If she decides to host more activities in the room after you leave (and why wouldn't she?) and proceeds to trash the place, guess who the motel owner will be contacting for reimbursement?

It could get MUCH worse. There is always the possibility the party in your room (after you've left) could get out of hand. Should Our Favorite Uncle get called to the scene and especially if there are any illegal substances found or other felony activities going on, guess who BOTH the motel management AND LEO are going to be contacting muy pronto for some answers?

I've had Providers ask if they can keep the room, and it's really very simple. If it's registered in her name, regardless if you paid for the room, sure, it's OK because it is legally her room. But if it's in YOUR name, always take the key with you when you are done. You're the person legally and contractually responsible for what occurs in that room.
