I decided quite a while ago not to patronize the places that sport old, fat and ugly or any combination thereof. It's too expensive and I'm not that hard up.

Try to minimize the amount of time on Ventura Blvd. Or time maybe time it with perhaps a green light where traffic is moving? I agree day is much harder than night though. I am very curious now about the BBFS, maybe the OP can elaborate on this?
