They met the regulations for adult business's though, and so opened as a nude bar. So the citizens in the area got nekkid dancing girls anyway. After a year or two. Resistance died down the club re-applied and their were no protests so the license was approved.

Liquor licenses are a bigger hammer for police and the community anyway. The AZ liquor board is still underfunded and there are not as many inspectors as there once was, but communities and the police can still forward their investigative findings of misdeeds to the Liquor Board and they can open up a hearing as to whether or not suspend or revoke the license. The November Bar chose to give up topless dancing (on stage) and only offered so-called bikini dancing, which is not subject to adult business regulations, and I know not what goes on in the VIP. , after a spate of gang-banger shooting at that bar. Almost every Topless bar in Tucson has been under the gun at leat once and most know now how to avoid the most egregious mistakes.

Then again it comes down to employees and you customers. The Dusk til Dawn topless bar in Huachuca City closed down after the base put it off-limits to military personnel when the bouncers there didn't sequester some gang-members and Military resulting in a death off-premise. There was no punishment by any civil authorities, but without the Military. No customers, no business, and no more bar.

I've been thinking that The Boat is the best place in town these days. Free admission to the Champagne room = better value than anywhere else right now. Hot girls who are playful work there too. I'm digging a gal named Blaze right now.

I can have fun at TD's West too, which is closer to where I live. But the fee for VIP area adds to the cost unnecessarily. Venom seems cool, but similarly pricey because of what the club charges to enter the various private areas.

But, the last time I was there about 6 months ago they changed the policy and had a bouncer constantly in the VIP area while we were in there and they were watching, so very little extra fun time. Made for simply a very expensive but closer dance. No HJ, BJ, or FS as had been available a year or more or so. Now, that was 5 monhts ago. Has the policy of constant watching changed. Will agree. Lowest prices. And I always found a good choice of girls I connected with.

It has gone through many different names and ownerships over the years but got nicknamed "the Boat" long ago and the name has stuck. Yes, that could be confusing to someone new to Tucson.

Bouncers constantly walking into VIP! The club owner adores us (non client) so we don't pay house or anything LOL but think I want to try some where else thats close to my usual east incall.

I just wanted to chime in here about Nikki and Lexi visiting Tucson. While I don't have any experience with Nikki, my ATF is lexi.
