Very delayed responses to text; time established and then a huge delay that was way past our agreed upon time, so although her reviews are great, I've never seen her. And, I know that is the nature of this business, but it is interesting when they advertise as being "professional" and then it's the same old runaround. I guess that's the beauty of these forums. It allows for a "heads up", so to speak.
