You got lucky. You normally can have better luck picking something behind the Babes parking lot. Personally I see so much LE action on FIB I don't even mess with the area. You may wanna try Metropolitan pkwy. You may also wanna drive around for a coupla weeks first so you can learn some monger tactics before your next pickup.
