He didn't make it clear if they asked for his wallet as cops, or just took his wallet. Cops will never ask for your entire wallet unless you're in custody.

I walked up on three SW today just outside the circle. Two of them I knew, psycho Brianna / Bree, the black SW, Heaven, and the third I didn't recognize with the large rim shades on. She was actually the one I wanted to talk to. She just happened to be standing with Heaven and the psycho B. The blonde walked away while I was talking to Heaven, I got a good look at her ass and it was a nice little bubble butt, I asked Heaven who she was, she said, oh that's Kandi.
Wow, she looks so different now, she's looking really good! . Her legs are pretty and her ass is nice and plump for her size. Heaven asked if I wanted her to walk to Pierre's, I told her maybe later. Anyway, Kandi walked to Pierre's dump for me. I wasn't disappointed, even got a surprise from the old man. If the smell wasn't bad enough, once Kandi showed up and we got in the room, we found out there is no lights in the to. We were instructed to turn in the hall light and leave the door open. We wound up using both of our cell phone flashlights to help see better. The Kandi is very nice indeed. I think her body is just so cute, from head to toe. She's a hotel date next time for sure.
