If they get clean and get their lives together, they will probably retire and we can't see them anymore. I think it is very rare to find a girl doing this that is totally clean. I remember a few regulars that I had seen for years that seemed totally clean and had their lives together (their own car, normal clothes, high end hotels) and then randomly hearing of an OD.
She seemed better than in the past. I remember a particularly bad time where she couldn't make it through a session without having to take a hit.
