I had the same impression on my first visit.
The Philly massage places always look like that. They hide in plain sight by being in a non-nondescript building or near something. Generally, the only thing common is the first door is open and the second is locked with a camera and doorbell. Stairs cause glitches with with this arrangement.

Hello gentlemen, another person visiting from out of town. I'm looking for a place someone could recommend that is open late during the week. I see everyone rave about 9 VIP, but they close 2 am during the week and I may be later than that. Anyone know a good place open 24 hrs. Or close to it? I will report back with my findings. Thanks!

In Dallas, it was walk in, check the line up. If no interest walk next door to the next establishment. I was wondering do these AMPs accept walkins after 9 pm? Or are they appointment only?.

There is both an AMP and AAMP scene in Philly with "upgrades" in both scenes. There is even a lower tier where you take your own shower. The AAMP's are appointment only. Some AMPs are appointment only. Yes, there is one area where there are 5 places in a 1 block radius. One is non-asian and appt only. Never really did an after 9 p.
