You can remove the driver profile from your significant other but then you got some explaining to do. Plus. It takes some effort to set it up using their phone raising more questions if you keep doing this over and over again.
What Elon needs to do is give an ability to mask location as an option to other drivers but I'm not sure if that is on his plans.
Even without a Tesla they can probably track you by throwing a pair of iPods under the seat.

.[/QUOTE]A little off topic, but there is a laptop application that will allow you to spoof your iPhone location tracking, it's even capable of including movement of the iPhone it's called iAnyGo by Tenorshare.
I know for a fact in general that you can block a tracking device. I have no idea about a Tesla. A lot of business / company vans, trucks, cars etc have it on there and I know quite a few people who use the jammer when doing the hobby on work hours. My buddy I mentioned earlier whose wife caught him downloaded the app for his new truck and didn't know. Well, he didn't know until it was too late. He's in the clear now after a bunch of work to cover up his whereabouts. LOL Now, he just parks his car at a business of some sort and walks or gets an Uber.

But when you see him in the street, and ask questions he asks you to respect his privacy. Everyone of their middle names I'd Irony, and Hypocrisy.
Musk bought that because he got a ban for saying something, and had to delete it to be back on. It most likely pissed him off, so buy the company, and say what the hell you want.

Hey everyone. For the next 10 days me and my SO will be in BA, Argentina. We leave out today from Atlanta around 7:00 pm. My wife is really cool and is allowing me to sample a massage parlor. From my research the American dollar is really strong and everything is legal in the Paris of the south. I have been able to hobby in Germany, Turkey, and now Argentina. I'm very excited. BA is a big city and can be really hot this time of year. Think of spending some time in El Calafate, El Chalten, Bariloche or even Mendoza.
Also, trade dollars for Argentina pesos in the "blue market" on the street. Much better exchange rate.
Argentina is a beautiful place and has wonderful people. Enjoy.
