Disable notifications on some message apps or it will arouse suspicion. Allow only notifications without any content. Avoid using voice calls on the phone app. If someone calls you on that number it will penetrate the screen lock and display the profile picture on your phone book. Whatever messenger / call app you use, archive the content / log frequently adding a thin line of defense.

Use Google photos that archive your photos in the cloud instead of carrying them with you for life.

Do the same for your PC. Use a 2nd browser or really hide your bookmarks.
