For a first time offender they'll probably just give you a misdemeanor, charge you a fine, and possibly make you go to john school. Some cities publish names and mug shots of johns in the local newspaper. It's all a matter of how aggressive they want to be and how much of a bug they have up their ass at the time. You probably won't be an RSO though for getting a pole polish in an AMP.
This is exactly why I say to keep your voice down and don't ever verbally offer money for services. If anybody asks, you're there for a massage because your back hurts.
