There are a few guys who seem to be successful in posting ads but their marketing skills are proprietary. I'm certain that they encounter the deluge of bots as well though.

I suspect that the reason a legitimate female poster doesn't respond is that they get a flood of replies and just never get to yours.

Lots of persistence and patience is required.

Does everyone have the same experience that I do? I can monitor Craigslist and refresh the screen and suddenly a "new" post will show up on top that indicates that it was posted two hours ago! Is this common or is this unique to me?

I see it every time I post an ad. CL "says" it is posted, but I don't see it for an hour, sometimes longer. Only real indication that it is finally up and visible is when the spam emails pour into my Inbox.

I just saw her in the past week. The date was ok. I have been seeing her since early summer of 2016 but things have tailed off significantly over time. That summer I had seen her so much that if you buy me a beer or two I could prob recite her life story from memory. This time she texted me out of the blue venting to me how she needed money for this that and whatever. Back in the beginning she was always complaining about no rent money (isn't that what they all say?) but when it comes down to it She always has plenty of money in time for rent! She always says she's getting no dates and I, like a fool, always believe her. So guys, give her a try. Remember, some of the better head around. (Msg me for the 411).

It sure looks like her. But without the eyebrow paint. When I saw Jodi a few months ago, she looked much more like that rather rough pic (which I turned right-side-up) posted below than the more flattering ad pics. Pics from the ad below, for comparison--the backside shot is one I took myself. Decent bareback lay, to be sure, and a nice girl, and honest, but not very GFE, and a bit lacking in the looks department.

But I will never find out. Why would she send me the pic she did, the upside one, which is downright nasty, when you could have sent me the 2nd or 3rd one you posted. None of them interest me, but I am sure someone is interested in the girl you posted, like yourself. Nobody, as of yet has asked me for contact info for the woman I posted. LOL.
