Someone posted a little while back on how to spot fake ads beyond the "these pics are way TGTBT". I'm to lazy to go find the original post and respond to it so I'll just post this. Basic things like Googling the phone # or checking the pics against TinEye are good starters. This is something else you might try.

The title is fairly straight forward as is the text. Pics look like they could be legit. So I Googled an exact phrase in the ad (these girls tend to use the same phrasing in their ads)"Are you tired off showing up only to learn you have been faked" notice "off" instead of "of" which makes this phrase fairly unique. I got tons of hits which had ads which had that exact phrase and the same following sentence "If you want exactly what you see then I am the 1 for you all of my pics are 100% Real" with pics of different girls all over the country. Given that, chances are pretty good this is a fake or scam.

Then finally about 9:45 I got a call from a number I didn't recognize and it was a man asking if I was waiting to see Tara. I was a little suspicious so I felt him out before I said anything about my date (specialist in military almost 30 years now so I know what I'm doing here) but he said the right things about the girl I was waiting for except he called her Tara a couple times, but my research had me prepared because I knew she goes by a few different names including Tara so it was ok and he said she'd be to me in less than 30 minutes and that she went to pick up a new phone charger.
Well 10:15 and 10:30 came and went and there was no Tori, no Tara and no calls. I hate bailing on a provider and calling another but that time was approaching. Tori finally called me close to 11 o'clock and asked where I was so I told her the hotel and cross streets, then much to my disappointment she said she was back at her house and asked if I could come out that way to see her. I was flabbergasted. Never had to go through this much BS for a date. Despite the fact I already dropped a buck and a half on the hotel I asked her to give me a landmark of something close to where she lives, I'm not dumb enough to ask her address on the first date, and told her I'd mapquest it and call her right back.
Well turned out she lived 53 miles from my hotel so meeting Tori wasn't happening. I called her back to tell her I wasn't going to make it out to her, but of course she didn't answer! I left the hotel pissed and went back home. Over an hour later Tori called me and I told her I left the hotel and came back home for the night that it was too long of a ride to get to her place, to which she responded "OK I'll just come meet you at your hotel but I have to make a few stops first." Oh man I realized I was dealing with a crazy girl at this point. I said look I left the hotel but if you want to come to my place then fine call me when you get up this way.
Didn't hear anything from her and I fell asleep in my bed until my monger phone rang at 3 o'clock in the morning! It was Tori asking where my HOTEL was again. I told her I expected her up near my house no later than 12:30 and reminded her I'd left the hotel several hours ago. She said she was sorry and had been doing some dr-gs with a couple friends and got lost driving. I don't hate on anyone doing their thing but it's my preference to steer clear of any folks doing dr-gs, but this explained her erratic behavior. I told her nicely it was too late for me at that point, especially considering I first contacted her more than 12 hours ago at this point.
Obviously I won't be calling her again and unless you're up for major drama I certainly would not recommend. I should've steered clear when I read the original post here from a senior member about her sleep-sucking and stupid behavior.
