Not a lawyer, but as far as I am aware (and I've gone through the screening) as long as there is no explicit reference to sex and money exchange in the texts / message history, then there generally is not a legal case. The idea being that there needs to be proof that there was money exchanged for sex ie. Prostitution. So prove there was sex, and prove there was money exchanged. Discussing details and being explicit in these detail provides decent proof, so never ever discuss explicit details (especially over the phone since phones can be argued to be "linked" to you. There's not much defense). However discussing stuff here is all right, IMO, simply because we could all be speaking out our asses here and there needs to be proof that what we did discuss here was said by us (prove the post and the account used to make said post was you. Likewise prove what you discussed is actually true). Likewise, as long as there is no hard, physical evidence, like a video or recording of a provider and a hobbyist (1) paying money and (2) having sex for said money. So as long as you can trust that once you see the girl in the room there is nothing recording what you do in that room, then there is no evidence. And with no evidence, there is no case. Everything else is circumstantial.
Side note: This is why some providers call them "donations" or roses and always ask for the exchange of cash to be into a box or some other intermediary and never handed directly to them. Since this can be argued as "payment."

Also not a lawyer but that seems like a pretty explicit reference to paying for sex. Not something I'd want to be in the same text covno as a pic of me holding up my I'd. I had the pleasure of visiting Mini in Houston at KGFE. Just purely out of curiosity, how much do you guys trust the kgirls to stay clean, get regularly checked and / or treated, etc? Seems like everyone has pretty high regard for that but figured I'd ask the stupid question anyway.

I have asked many of the top girls and they have all told me the same thing. When they go back to Korea they will get a checkup but none of them ever leave because they will not be able to come back. They also have no health insurance here and would never go to a hospital in the states. They don't speak the language and it's not like they are going to take an Uber to the emergency room. Play at your own risk and at your own safety level. Expect that everyone is probably not tested and you should be testing yourself regularly.
With all due respect, I disagree since most of the Korean GFE models have PCP or GYN specialists in their based cities. Also, for your information, I know two mongers among us that their professions are in the medical field. Several months ago, I met a Korean provider in her late thirties from one of the shabby K-spas in Everett, and she asked me if I could give her a ride to the closest Planned Parenthood for a regular check up. Planned Parenthood, surprisingly, provides more service than just obstetric service. Many girls are based in Los Angeles, abd there are enough Korean speaking OB / GYN doctors in Southern California. Although each girl has their own preference in choosing the type of medical facilities, most of the girls that I know get routine medical care for their condition. Nonetheless, I'm not saying all of them are circumspect and diligent. Thanks.

A brand new Chinese agency doing grand opening in our town. Glad to see some change, however I feel the need to verify the quality of the girls. Simply put, none of the pics are real, rather they are the fake photos verifiable by google search. I will visit the girls in this week and post my honest reports.
