They will wait until they've got alot of male customers busted then send in UC to bust the girls.
They could have easily busted that many people, the motel on Broad and Glenside is like a brothel.
*I was pulled on JD because I "drove by a known prostitution spot several times". Luckily I had a legit reason, but the LE was trying to scare a false confession out of me.

Did LE arrest the girls and them use them to snare the unsuspecting hobbyists that came along afterwards? And, if Cierra is back advertising again, is she now working with LE to better her situation? I'm not clear on exactly what's needed to prove a solicitation charge but it seems to me that at least some part of the transaction would have to be witnessed by LE or else one party to the transaction would have to testify against the other.

When they do Stings like that its not all at the same time. This Bust happened over 3 days.

On the misdemeanor charges, LE has to either witness the act, or one of the parties has to confess. The cops are well trained at getting you to admit your guilt, and most people run their mouth when they should keep it shut.
"The act" varies from state to state - in Colorado and some other states, for example, all the undercover cop has to do is see the money to be exchanged after a verbal agreement is made; in many states, the money actually has to change hands (this is called "hand to palm") and in some states, there only has to be the verbal agreement to the exchange of something of value for sex. The fact that the hand-to-palm rule is common in so many states is why many traveling girls make you put the money on a table or in an envelope.
Here's a link to a video that EVERYONE should watch. It covers a lot of ground and provides a lot of helpful info on how you can use your rights as a citizen to prevent getting busted. Watch how the cops work in this video very carefully - it's informative and useful.

My guts says to stay away from the Motels and cheap Hotels (like XXX Inns) for sometime. Good Hotels are always safe.
One more thing came to my mind. How Cops are picking up the Customers. I guess its the two call system most of the providers follow. They tell you the Hotel name and asks to call from the parking space. You reach and you park your car. Then get out of it and call her for the room number. Many times providers takes 5-10 mins to pick up, even more. That time you will be standing or roaming in the parking area or infront of the Hotel. That may draw Cop's attention.
So I guess better to have the room number before you arrive and enter right away in the Hotel after parking your car.

Good luck in getting provider to do it your way and just give you all info that leaves her completely vulnerable. They don't give room number until you are there for a reason.
Bottom line this stuff has some inherent risk. Thing is if hobbyist stick to the steadfast rules the worst that can usually happen is getting beat out of some money. I'll take the risk of getting beat out of some money over getting arrested any day.

In Atlanta, The Intercontinental in Buckhead was the place LEO used for stings so you can't use hotel quality as any measure of safety.
In the news today is an announcement that multiple states AGs are pushing CL owners to drop the Adult category (including Va). If this happens (which is doubtful) LE interest will move to other boards to sting offenders. We all know that CL/BP is a huge risk already as the primary playground for Vice. It is an endless source for busts since providers keep popping up there like Whack-a-moles at the fairground. They can keep their bosses happy with on the ball policing , the bosses can keep the politicos happy in keeping this heinous crime off the streets and out of the public view .
Lance, CL's argument on that issue has always been that if you eliminate the adult sections, the ads will just move to the other sections where they're harder to track/manage. That's what was happening before the adult sections were set up.
I agree with them. Already we have ads for adult services in other sections - even the "beauty" section. The extra policing by CL staff and the disallowing of explicit pictures has rendered the existing Adult Services section pretty much useless (unless you like phone sex, heh) and the ads have moved to BP and elsewhere. But given time and pressure on the other sites, the ads will come back to CL - just in other sections.
The cops will still watch CL. And the ads will still appear somewhere. Unless someone gets tired of the stupidity, and sets up an offshore site that's untouchable by governmental threats.
