Can you still see that she is active on the site? There is an option of "delete conversation" without blocking. Either she did it or you accidentally did. I happened to me many times. I use my phone to access the site (not using the SA app). It is very easy to accidentally delete a conversation. They have an option to "restore", but I think you have to do within a time limit. If your conversation was going on well with her and if she is still on the site, try to message her and see what the response is.
