They are nothing like the girls from the pictures and are usually on the older, mature side, which comes with its pros and cons. The prices you listed are similar though, which is one of the pros. They have regular service and "VIP" service. $1.6 for an hour of regular service and $$ for 30 minutes of VIP service. Don't expect much as you pay for what you get but at the very least they'll get the job done. If you don't mind older Asian women, or somewhat sketchy incalls then they're honestly not bad.
