Typically it is a coping mechanism for some sort of past trauma and can seriously damage your reputation, relationships with family members, financial well being, and can push you further onto a sexually addictive path that you might otherwise avoid. You also have LEO and ripoffs ever present. When you RTFF, don't ignore the mugging reports as well as the one-offs that got jumped and beaten up. I think it was VS who posted a really good article on this topic a few years ago when one of our ranks got fscked up pretty badly; look for it.

All that said, if you're still hell bent on the idea, check out the Orlando provider forums here and go with someone; as already explained.
