I first saw her around 15th and saw her several more times as she moved west, was walking at a pretty fast pace and didn't seem to be watching the traffic go by so I figured she was a civilian. Saw one around 12th talking to a guy on the sidewalk, when I drove by again the guy was on the opposite side of the street seemingly shadowing her as she walked east. L and and were dead. I hit the L & G loop a couple of times this morning between 1:30 and 2:30. Apart from Katie on 23rd & G, who was gone when I made it back around, I didn't see anyone. There were a large number of youngish dudes walking around on G, what's up with that? With how active things have been lately I was surprised, especially with the unseasonably warm temperatures.
Was also out last night about 6 ish. Saw many SW white and black, and all hunting real hard for your attention. Passed on Dianna, and took a load dumpster with brandy.
