I would take any "planning" to PM's. You don't want to put Jackson at any legal disadvantage, nor do you want to document anything in a public forum incase that guy happens to be a member here and turns your vigilante revenge sour. It was a date and he raped her. That should not happen to any lady.

It is quite obvious most of you have little experience with law enforcement and prosecutors when it comes to major crimes. If you found the Casey Anthony verdict hard to swallow, you'd shit yourself knowing how many guilty people never even reach trial.
Most crimes go unsolved, especially murder. Of the people they do try to go after, half or more of those cases get dropped at some point. The other half or less are 97% plea bargining to lesser charges; not because you're guilty, but they scare/mindf--k you into it. If you're using a public defender, just remember who cuts their checks.
Also bear this in mind.

I have not seen the warning on my home PC.

Anyone with details on that?[/QUOTE]I think everybody got that warning the other day, the warning said it was some kind of dangerous spyware or malware on the forums servers that could harm your computer, that caused Google and other browsers to issue that warning. I think this site was hacked, maybe an attempt to try and shut it down. But that is just my opinion.

Your join date is March so unless your posts need editing from time to time you will hit senior status early next month.
