I've been reading the boards for a while now and decided to make an account. I have a situation where hopefully one of you fine gentlemen can assist me on. Back in Oct 2019, I ordered viagra from an online pharmacy and I believe it might be one of those places in India; not sure though. The package was held up in customs in NY for quite some time. Today, I received a letter from US Border and Customs. Honestly, I'm afraid to open the letter as I know, in some cases, it might be illegal to purchase medications from other countries! I know, our US laws are a mess!

Anyway, without opening the letter, does anyone know what said letter might say? More importantly, am I going to jail and might have to pay a large penalty? What is the best way to avoid such issues? I have been ordering like this for quite some time and this has never happened, so needless to say, I am concerned. Your input would be greatly appreciated, especially from Playtiem. Thanks gents.

I had a small order of research chems seized and the letter I got was something like a "Seizure / Forfeit Notice" that was them basically saying "Hey we got your stuff that you're not supposed to have, we're going to trash it if you don't come and claim it" but didn't require any other action and no one in their right mind would claim it. The only people who get busted for viagra are the ones who try to import massive quantities to distribute, you should be good.

Oh, and if you refer to a date with a pro as a dream you can never be prosecuted.

Sneak out the back door only at night and in incognito. Find a safehouse and lay low for a while. For gawd sake don't use your phone. Turn it off!! If you REALLY have to use it only do so 3 to 5 seconds at a time at only 3 to 5 word limit. Roses ARE flowers.

Thanks gents.[/QUOTE]Yes it is illegal to order prescription meds from a foreign country. The package was caught at screening when it hit the US. Do not contact them and if they show up deny the purchase. It's not that big of a deal unless you ordered thousands of them. The letter probably notifies you of the seized package and asks you to contact them with an explanation. They will not go through the man hours to catch you and it will just go away. Remember deny deny deny.

As far as the letter goes, it's just a seizure notification. Destroy it.

There's plenty of legit online sources to get viagra and it can be shipped or picked up at the pharmacy. It's a simple questionaire and online health assessment. $9. 95 per month and they send me 10 pills on monthly subscription of the generic.
