About the new location, it's great and familiar. There is street parking forever, you will never run out. There is also guest parking if preferred. During normal hours cars come and go and any car gate allows access to elevators. Or use the normal gate if preferred, it's shared by many buildings. Once inside and from the ground level, each building has both stairs and elevator access.
