Actually went twice for a massage since its about 5 minutes from where I live. Got the 30 min first time and an hour the second. Here is the rundown on a scale of 1-10.
Cleanliness: 10.
Price: 9 (as other poster stated, 40 for 30 min, 55/60 for an hour).
Attractiveness of masseuse 7. 5 (cute girl, prob in her 30's).
Friendliness of masseuse 8. 5.
Massage 8 (pretty good massage. Much better than in the normal asian places I've been).
Extras 0 (not really even any hint of extras).
Overall it is what it is. A pretty darn good massage in a nice, clean location for a decent price. I'd say if you are looking for a rub and a tug (and who isn't), this would not be the place.

I didn't go late night like BossHawg though. The area is fairly well lit, bars on the windows and gated doors. There were 3 ladies that I saw, and maybe there was one other customer there, but not sure. I received my massage from the lady in the first picture in the ad. She is only here helping to get the business started though. Nice attitude, and cute in the face. I ran a little over, but she did not rush. Her phone rang a couple times during the session, but she didn't answer it even though I said it was ok. I did the $40 tip. I don't negotiate much. Something I need to start doing, but in this case, I think that the tip was fair.
They are still working on getting the inside setup. It is stark but clean.
I had a good time and hope that these girls do well and stay out of trouble.
I've had many massages throughout my life. This was the best I've ever had. Unfortunately, no extras. But a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere with a great massage.
Based on the reviews of these 2 gentleman I made an appointment for today. This was my first foray into a non traditional massage location. I might be a rookie but I was very impressed with the high quality massage and the excellent visuals provided by the masseuse. My massage was done by Trixie and it was very relaxing and well worth the price of admission.
