She is fine, she asked me to post that she took a long needed break and will be replying tomarrow. Her pnone numbers are still good.

Still takes a while for the site to load (I always come in from google) but once I'm here it's working better now.

You can put any name on cashapp. I had a provider ask for cashapp and the name came up as "Ratchet Tony". I have friends who's cashapp doesn't have their real name.
Incorrect. That's not how cash app works as others have highlighted. Ratchet Tony doesn't want his real name shared, for clear and obvious reasons.
Still, no one has provided any meaningful response to blindly sharing your government names with these women. And yet everyone on this forum is going by some made up name LOL. There is a reason why we are doing that!
I get it, sometimes the little head makes us rationalize things we wouldn't otherwise agree to but be mindful of the sensitivity of the info you share. At what point is it too much? Your driver's license number? SSN? Help me understand.

You can have your display name read whatever you want, and the recipient can't see any of your real data. Can it be subpoenaed by LEO? Just looked it up and WOW I had no idea this was going into effect end of this year. That's some serious shit. There's a clear greater incentive for LEO to up the ante in terms of cracking down on monger activity. Cash for sure going forward. Pretty meaningful game changer for the area and makes it even more critical IMO to leave as minimal of a paper trail as possible, such as not providing your full government name and identification!
We are all adults so you can do whatever the F* you want to do, but hopefully this opens up the eyes for some guys who have been doing that as a normal practice. Stay safe.

"If we reasonably suspect that your account has been used for an unauthorized, illegal, or criminal purpose, you give us express authorization to share information about you, your account, and any of your transactions with law enforcement. "
So it appears this has always been the case. Meaning ever since its been in operation the police have been able to subpoena Cashapp for records. Ill tell you right now police don't give 2 shits if Me and Joey bag o doughnuts pay 2 escorts to bang their brains out for an hour. (doesn't mean you won't get busted if you're quite literally caught) What they care about is illegal trafficking, child exploitation etc as they should. No reason to be afraid about some new law, police have always had the ability to get your records from Cashapp if requested so no reason to get our collective panties in a twist. You are the center of your universe but in the grand scheme of things we as individuals aren't that interesting or important enough for police to come after. My point is if they wanted to they could've gotten the information already there's no new law its literally their policy to give information to LEO if requested. No need to panic.
