If I was about to bust anyway, and then notice her sleeping, I can't hold it back so there's that. If things start hot, but then I notice her behavior change / she's not into it, I'll stop and ask for feedback, so I probably wouldn't be close to a finish and then it's not a question. But if she seems out of it from the start? I probably wouldn't even engage, just say thanks but no thanks.
