Ran into HSW Jenny / Jenni / Janice out in front of the 7/11 at 39th yesterday. I now jokingly say now she's a Wheelchair Street Walker. She was sitting near the alley between the DG and the 7/11. When I came out of the store, she had moved herself near my vehicle door. I have seen her out a few times since she lost her leg and is in a wheelchair. I reported recently that I took her up on her services several weeks ago and got the backstory of her stroke and loss of her leg. She said she wanted to go off with me. I asked her if she had somewhere to leave the chair. Last time she left it with a friend who moved it from the DG where I saw her over to the burnt down house behind the 7/11. This time she said we can stick it in the back of my vehicle. I raised the hatch and place the folded up chair in the back and she hopped to the front seat and got in.
She suggested a couple places I wasn't comfortable with so I went to the same place I took her to the last time I saw her. We parked right by the Ice House near Holden in plain sight and parked near a couple dudes changing a tire on their pick-up truck. She climbed in the back and basically we did the same routine as last time. BBBJ and some Lazy Dog while she was partially leaning against the wheelchair. A little awkward but she is so tiny and nimble that it worked out well. She was enthusiastic as I've ever seen her and didn't rush at all. She was notorious for rush, rush, rush before her stroke.
I took her back to the 7/11 and dropped her off. The part that made it challenging was me being Captain Obvious loading and unloading her wheelchair into my vehicle in plain sight. I don't know if too many people are as bold as that but it worked for me especially since there were about 30 or more OCSO cars and a couple helicopters tied up over on Rio Grande doing a cordoned off suspect search that spread from Rio Grande to OBT between 25th to 18th. I felt that there was not too big of a chance a random LEO would pull up with that kind of LEO fun happening at the same time.
If you see her out, she seems to be willing and able if you can get past the obstacles of the chair. Of course, YMMV. Damage for services rendered, .27
Of course this was all a dream and I won't remember any of this in the morning.
