I went to see Anna. The reports are accurate, except she has more of a pooch around the belly than I was expecting. She is very nice and has a good attitude, but a massage is non-existent. The Thai Sauna place at 14 mile and Northwestern does. The Thai place further down on northwestern near Middlebelt does. Thai place at northwestern and almost Telegraph does. If you are a gentleman, clean, and have any charm to your game pay them compliments, flirt, don't act creepy, you will be taken care of by most places even the ones that come off as legit.
Every time I'm through that area between like 13 Mile, Orchard Lake, Northwestern I spot a different Thai place. It's a hotspot for Thai massage.
