Not someone in this business but there was a Vietnamese restaurant owner who had amazingly smooth skin well into her late 60's or maybe even 70's. Her place was on Maunakea Street between Hotel and Pauahi but has changed its name since she sold it and retired. Very rare but possible.

The laughable photo was replaced in the advertisement by a significantly different photo, which at least is not laughable.
I know she advertises on craigslist, but she does have her own thread.
